Hispanic Regional Coordinator
The Office for Hispanic Ministry seeks to fill the full time position of Hispanic Regional Coordinator (East and West Area). This position will implement goals established by the Director for OHM by providing training, resources and programs to support local pastors, Hispanic parish leaders, and Hispanic families involved in Catholic education. Responsibilities include facilitating Hispanic formation events, catechist training, retreats and other formation opportunities. Job Summary: [Part-Time Position] St. Ann’s, Ashland is a vibrant intergenerational family parish of approximately 690 seeking music director to enrich and expand the liturgical music program. Musical and Liturgical responsibilities include but are not limited to: 3 weekend Masses, choir rehearsals [year-round], recruitment, all weddings, children’s choir 1 time a year. Duties also include maintaining library, updating musical text, purchase music, reporting all parish music copyright requirements online, music ministry budget, piano/organ maintenance, cooperative preparation of all worship aids and liturgical programs, and other liturgical tasks as assigned by the pastor including staff/liturgy meetings.
Bachelor of Music Minimum. Masters in Music preferred.

The CRE works in collaboration with the pastor to develop parish catechetical programs that provide spiritual education and development for children and youth in grades 1-12, sacramental preparation, adult education, and work in coordination with the Director of the RCIA program. Director Jubilee House Retreat and Conference Center
We are seeking a Director for Jubilee House Retreat and Conference Center located in Abingdon, Virginia.
The Director will plan and execute a proactive marketing business plan with the goal of attracting and retaining customers and overall profitability for the Center and will consult with the Jubilee House Retreat and Conference Center (JHRC) Advisory Council. The Director also works closely with the Regional Minister for Christian Formation, Pastors in LPA 15 & 16, parish leadership and business /ecumenical leaders in the surrounding communities, as well as the diocesan Office of Finance in all matters related to budgeting, bookkeeping and payroll.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management, or related degree or its equivalent is required. Prior experience in running a hotel or retreat/conference facility is preferred. Strong customer service orientation, leadership and administrative abilities, marketing/sales abilities, collaboration skills, supervision skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent computer skills and working knowledge of the Catholic Church and Church teachings are required. A practicing Catholic in good standing is preferred. Ability to travel is required. The position of Director is a full-time, exempt position. Evening and weekend meetings and events are necessary to fulfill the duties.
