Parish Finance Administrator/Manager
Saint Benedict Parish, Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a Parish Finance Administrator/Manager to administer the financial affairs of the parish, including Saint Benedict Parochial School. This is a full-time, 12 month position. Applicants must be Roman Catholic in good standing. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Finance or in a related discipline and a working knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Christian Formation Coordinator
Saint Rose of Lima and The Korean Martyrs Catholic Parish wish to hire an English/Korean bilingual person that has multicultural experience, certified in Pathways and VIRTUS, to serve as Christian Formation Coordinator. Entry level pay scale in accordance with Diocesan guidelines based on education and experience will apply. The Coordinator will be expected to develop curriculum, secure teachers and ensure that teachers are trained in accordance with Pathways and VIRTUS. The Coordinator will be expected to work closely with the pastor and spend some weekday period of time at the parish office as directed by the pastor. Director of Music Ministry
Large suburban Virginia parish seeks an experienced, full-time Director of Music Ministry. Well-established, volunteer-based ministry includes 80+ member all volunteer Choirs with small instrumental ensemble; 45+ member Contemporary Ensemble; Spanish Ministry Choir; Filipino Ministry Choir; Family Choir; and volunteer cantor program.
Responsibilities include coordination between priests, staff, directors of the various Choirs, volunteer cantors, directing 80+ member Choir, preparing and planning vibrant liturgies (7/8 Masses per weekend) plus Holydays and Solemnities, sacramental celebrations, funerals and weddings; providing support for school liturgies, Must have solid Catholic theological understanding of liturgy, ability to teach vocal techniques for all ranges of voices, keyboard and instrumental knowledge and must be well-organized, with a thorough understanding of the forthcoming changes in the liturgy. Ability to provide organ/piano on an as-needed basis is preferred.

L’Arche Blue Ridge Mountains, a faith-based community with family-like homes for people with and without intellectual disabilities, is looking for a Community Leader/Executive Director. Primary motivation for seeking this position should be a sense of call to nurture and promote a healthy and vibrantly spiritual community which is also a competent social service agency. A bachelor’s degree in a human service field with at least one year of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities is preferred. Previous L’Arche experience is highly preferred, but training is available to the right candidate.
