Administrative Assistant
The Office of Finance seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Parish and School Auditors. The assistant works closely with the Diocesan Controller and the Director of Finance to coordinate parish annual budget processes, parish annual report programs, and completes budget review cover sheets and schedules audits. Qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma, demonstrated ability to perform secretarial duties including dictation from transcription equipment, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. The Cluster Parishes of Portsmouth and Chesapeake seek a full time Coordinator of Christian Formation for Youth. Candidate should have significant experience in all components of comprehensive Youth Ministry. A proven ability to work in a multiple-parish setting and Spanish language proficiency preferred.
