Administrative Coordinator

The Office of Human Resources seeks an Administrative Coordinator. The coordinator is a generalist charged with ensuring efficiencies and providing specialized support regarding administrative compliance, employee relations counseling, policy and procedures, unemployment claims, compensation, website enhancements, recruitment/retention programs. Qualifications include a BA in human resources or a related field and 3 years experience or equivalent work experience. Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification is preferred. Choir Director/Organist

Holy Comforter Catholic Church, 208 East Jefferson Street, Charlottesville, is a vibrant parish located in the downtown historic district. This part-time position requires strong organ skills as well as choral and cantor development. The position is available starting September 1st. Parish/School Financial Auditor

The Office of Finance seeks a Parish/School Financial Auditor. The selected candidate will be a chief contact with locations for compliance with established diocesan financial policies, procedures, and practices. Responsibilities include performing audits, preparing detailed reports on findings and making appropriate recommendations. Qualifications include a minimum of a B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a CPA certificate. Additional information is available on the diocesan website. The Catholic Diocese of Richmond seeks a part-time Director for the new Office of Asian Ministry. The selected candidate will collaborate with parishes and diocesan offices in the evangelization, formation and training of Asians. The Director will also collaborate with the Office for Black Catholics and the Office of the Hispanic Apostolate in order to assess and meet the needs of the community.
