Fr. Lane’s seminars

Father Mark Lane, Vicar for Clergy, will be presenting two seminars at St. Edwards Church, 10701 W. Huguenot Road, Richmond. On July 19 he will present Family of Origin — We Are Who We Were When. Family Systems Theory believes that our roles, rules and responsibilities as children are still with us as adults — some for good and some for not so good. The historical influence of our ethnic background is still present, even if at times unconscious. Family of Origin allows us to begin to remove the unnecessary past and to functions as healthy adults.

On July 24, Fr. Lane will present Mary Magdalene in Art — Truth and Myth. Come explore Mary Magdalene as depicted in the works of various artists and the truth and myths behind them.

Both Seminars will be at 7 pm and the cost for each is $15.00.
