Teaming up with St. Anthony’s
Pictured are, from left, Fred Sievers, two St. Anthony’s parishioners/UVA Wise students, Brad Mathisen (pastoral associate at St. Anthony), Barbara Bowles, Mary Kelley, Eydie Triplett and Jim Triplett.
While in Southwest Virginia, the St. Edwards volunteers worked along-side members of St. Anthony’s parish in Norton to sort school supplies and pack over 150 backpacks. School supplies were purchased using donations from St. Edward parishioners. Backpacks were distributed at RAM to families with school-age children.
